It's that user Wolverène from the WMF projects. I'm here for editing the project of the Wikipedia in Neo.
While it became too hard to get a separate project in a constructed language, and what's more, it's even almost impossible to store a conlang test wiki in the Wikimedia Incubator now, I'm trying to use the Miraheze space to organize the work. Maybe an active work on the project will convince someone in the LangCom - at least, the examples of Wikipedias in Kotava and Lingua Franca Nova which have been created relatively recently, are looking positive.
Please contact me here or at the official WMF Incubator if you have questions about the Neo (Test) Wikipedia.
If the proposal is for an artificial language such as Esperanto, it must have a reasonable degree of recognition as determined by discussion. (Some recognition criteria include, but are not limited to: ✔independently proved number of speakers, use as an auxiliary language outside of online communities created solely for the purpose, ✔usage outside of Wikimedia, publication of works in the language for general sale.)
